Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund policy

Fees collected will not be refunded. Students who withdraw during the term will not be given a refund. Fees are non refundable and non transferable. KCA reserves the discretion to make exceptions in special circumstances.

Admissions

Admissions will not be confirmed until registration is complete and the fee is received in full.

Cancellation

KCA may cancel any admission due to insufficient enrollment. KCA is not responsible for expenses incurred by the parent, guardian or student if an admission is cancelled.
